“SIGNAL UNIT OF VEHICLE STABLENESS IN
CROOKEDNES OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES OF INSTABLE DRIVING
SVUK-3S”
Designed compact can be used in all
kind of motor vehicles : In road vehicles, caravans, trailers,
busses, trolley-busses, car-cisterns, etc and it’s in function
of position of roadway’s surface for dry, wet, snow-ice. Activity
of compact can be adjusted with designed position of roadway
(under the driving circumstances) : dry, wet, snow-ice.
Adjusting has to be done before
drive.Work-activity of compact is based on invention of
completely new mechanic law that was verified by
Masinsko-Strojarski Fakultet in Sarajevo ( University for
Mechanical Engineering in Sarajevo ). Easy mounting, simply
handling and servicing are superiorities which makes this compact
available to all drivers no matter on car categories, and
relatively low price is additional favorableness. Instruction for
use, mounting and servicing will be delivered with every compact.
“SVUK – 3S “ has it’s own
electrical feed, 2 batteries AG-13 / 2 X 1,5 V/ There is also a
possibility to connect to electric installation of 12 or 24 V
vehicles. Dimensions of compact’s box with rotating base are 80 X
60 X 20 mm. Adapter of compact- rotating base- enable easy
adjusting of work position in vehicle and small dimensions enable
great choice of mounting

USE
Signal compact of vehicle stableness in crookedness “ Svuk – 3S “
-Assignment of compact-
Designed compact is intended to all sorts of motor vehicles.
It signals on danger of stability and control loss during driving
in case of laterally slithering under three possible positions of
roadway’s surface: wet, dry, snow-ice.
This compact doesn’t exchange driver’s conscience. By transmitting
of sonorous signal compact is anticipated to enlarge attention and
to imply on eventual danger of fast driving under determined
driving circumstances in crookedness. Consequences of vehicle’s
“nigh encounter” with enclosure in crookedness could bee
noticed on pictures (1) and (2).Designated compact has it’s
educative side – it helps the driver to get used on correct drive
in crookedness. It is especially useful for vehicles which are in
use as a drive training, because it give us an objective mark of
driver’s quality of training in crookedness.
Description of
compact
 Compact
is made of two-part box – pos.1 on picture (3), adapter of box-
adapter’s position- pos.2. that is circular connected with box
and in that way it enables placing of compact into work position
by scotch tape or by two screws which we deliver with compact.
There is a small aperture in the front side of compact’s box and
in interior is circular selector (3) with symbols that determinate
condition of roadway’s surface, driving conditions .

Beside these symbols
there are also symbol of “ Position of mounting “ and symbol for
plight of component “ Turned off “.
-Activities of component-
Construction and
functioning of designed component are based on completely new
mechanical law in sphere of driving in crookedness. This law and
construction of designed compact werw tested on
Masinsko-Strojarski Fakultet ( University for Mechanical
Engineering ) in Sarajevo, by department for motor vehicles.
-Mounting, use
and servicing of signal component “ SVUK-3S” -
Very
important thing that has to be done before mounting of signal
 component
“ SVUK-3S ” Is to withdraw pendulum, pull out electrical metal
fuse which is placed on lower side of component’s box beneath
box and adapter. Adapter should be rotated for 90 degrees during
this procedure –Picture number 4.Correct mounting is one of the
basic conditions for compact’s activity. Correct mounting
contains:

Balanced “air
pressure” in vehicle’s pneumatics

Correct selection
of place for compact’s mounting in the vehicle
-
Vehicle should be
positioned on a flat surface during the mounting of
compact.
There is a lot of unused space in
every vehicle, so that this space could be used for mounting of
designed compact. Selection of place can be noticed on pictures:
(8), (9) and (10). Air pressure in vehicle’s pneumatics has to
posses a regular merit during mounting of compact and in that way
it enables vehicle to come into a horizontal fettle on a
horizontal ground. Head surfaces of car parks, garage mechanic
work shops could be also used for appropriating this position.
Correct mounting of compact could be done under next
circumstances:
 On
circular selector of compact –Picture number (3) – Position (3)-
In aperture (4) – Symbol “ Position of mounting”. In correct
position compact will emit sonorous signal. The last page of
compact’ s box ( with screw and label ) should be rotated to
driving direction. If the box is positioned in a sidelong or
vertical, surface of vehicle compact’s box has to be laid in
vertical position by adapter. –Picture number (6). “X” axis –
Picture (8) has to be parallel with horizontal level of car’s
position. “Y” axis has to be parallel with vertical axis of
vehicle, and “Z” axis vertical to horizontal level.
“Installing of adapter of
box”
Adapter of compact’s box could be fixed
on selected place of vehicle by:
Fixing by scotch tape need:
Cleaning of surface from dust, stratum of protective spray, oil,
dump… Alcohol or patrol is often in use. Inside of vehicle should
warmed, up during the winter period.
“Servicing of
compact”
 Signal
compact “ SVUK-3S ” doesn’t need any kind of special servicing
except exchange of batteries. Designed exchange can be done after
110 000 of sonorous signals that fit for using of vehicle in
period of one or two year. Two batteries AG-13 capacity 140
mAh.-Picture (11)
Connection to vehicle’s installation 12 V of sonorous signals fit
for using vehicle during one or two years. + should be turned up
to metal adapter during the connection of batteries. Opening of
compact’s box can be done by wrench of two screws at the back of
box. –Picture number (12).
Outside surfaces of box can be cleaned like any other surface in
vehicle.
Protect compact of dump and water! Sinking of sonorous signal is a
sign for you to exchange batteries.
